Pros

The people we support are amazing

Cons

Everything else! Management does not care about the employees or the people supported. I have personally watched an office staff be very rude to a person they provide services for. They act like the people supported are their number one concern but by the way they operate it seems they are just after money. This company sucks the life out of every employee they get. Longevity means nothing to them and tenured employees are treated the worst of all. There are no bonuses and you have to wait years for a tiny (few cents) raise. Now they are taking away most of the PTO of the people who work in the homes while office staff is completely separate and gets all the perks. If you are looking for a company who will value you as an employee I would recommend you stay far away from Emory Valley Center.
