      Management has been helpful and cooperative Expectations are high but also reasonable It is a great job especially for those who are looking to work in the field of care for those with intellectual disabilities

      Cons

      The job can be emotionally taxing as it requires taking care of individuals with intellectual disabilities. It is something to be mindful of.
