      Started off as great startup company but has gone down hill this past year losing millions a month and letting go 700 employees combined with getting dealerships tied into there massive litigation lawsuits...Dealerships take caution they have no financial backing their claiming and continue to mislead the automobile wholesale business

      The Coronavirus has slowed our industry down and we unfortunately had to temporarily reduce the size of our team. While a very small percentage of our team was laid off, most of the affected teammates are temporarily working either part-time or were placed on full furlough. We have already started to bring these valued team members back as our business volume has begun to return.       A dedicated team in every department every section, every inch of this company. Someone can help you. Management is responsive and engaged. Tech support is out of this world in how much knowledge they have.

      Pros

      There are literally none. Maybe the health benefits. They don’t match 401k. Management is awful and greedy. Make you work in all sorts of weather and conditions, end of the month they pile a ton of work on you and expect you to get it done since the TMs (territory manager) gets paid off of what VCIs do, so if we’re not working, they’re not getting paid. The company doesn’t care about you, they keep putting new rules into play that benefits everyone else BUT the VCIs Also NO room for growth, at all. You can continue to apply for positions in house but never call you back. It’s a clown show here It’s awful, stay very far away
