VP is turning what was a great company into a complete mess. Stock is in the tank great talent is leaving rapidly and they're doing nothing to change anything. If u bring it up to HR they don't address it they fire you. They don't want to hear the problems and when they do they think u are the problem .... blame u and protect each other to cover up the issues. The original founder and original management made this company great. The current upper level management is tearing it down. Those are the facts. Maybe one day they'll wake up and listen to their talented people before they lose them all. It's not a disgruntled ex employee issue. These are the same complaints across the board since the gestapo took over ..... do not even consider working here until a new VP is put in place. It's a Micro managed nightmare and special treatment is given to friends of upper management. Goal reductions to earn commission for some but not others. If you want to feel like your walking on eggshells everyday. This is ur place.
