Pros
Access to multiple Montgomery County jobs. Steady paycheck until you are fired for no reason.
Cons
Maryland is a at-will state. Meaning you can be fired without any justification at all at any time. Still, one would be expecting at the very least an explanation after being laid off and left only with questions that won't be answered by management. Also, if you join UFCW 1994, the county Union don't expect any help. Athena seems to be well connected and probable has many of the Union members in its pockets.
