Pros

Supportive coworkers/ owners, extensive training, fair wages, room to grow, promote from within, very open minded, caring, the work is pretty straight forward, and the bosses will back up the employees 100%.

Cons

Can be seditary at times. Not really any cons to working for Adler.

Expected me to leave an employee review but doesn’t allow any of their employees to be a job reference (big red flag) Didn’t really interview me for the job Very little PTO
