Pros
Flexible schedule to some degree; passionate volunteers and staff.
Cons
CEO Kevin Hagan and Chief Stewardship Officer Corey Gordon have run this organization into the ground. They took no accountability for their first year fumbles and eliminated the passionate field staff carrying the heavy loads. The national board is either clueless or has drank the koolaid Hagan is serving. They should have recognized his inexperience running a national field network after his first round of layoffs 5 months after taking office. They recently eliminated another 100+ staff and closed offices with no viable knowledge of markets or staff performance. HR is useless and every senior leader has either quit or been fired since Hagen took office. Run-don't walk away from this organization.
