The CEO of this company will be the down fall. She presents herself as a woman of strong Christian faith but in words only. Her actions do not match what she says, at all. They are actually the opposite. I was involved during an interview process, where she was hiring an EA. She has an amazing conversation with this young man and offered him the position. However, he could not start when she wanted him to and he offered a viable reason as to why. He start date would have been delayed one week from their original offer. She agreed, at first then proceeds to talk bad about him and says she will apply pressure to see what his response would be. A week would not have delayed her actions, she just felt the need to control the narrative. She even texted him ON A SUNDAY, trying to apply pressure for him to start. How unprofessional is that? She gave him the weekend to think about it, but after his response was the same, She never responded to him. We were told he wasn't serious and she didn't have time. They denied him the job, then she texted him AGAIN after denying him the job attempting to explain herself. She talked about it to us later. This is extremely unprofessional, over bearing, demanding and just down right deciving!
