Corporate Headquaters - Corporate Headquarters Aqua America Employee Review

I am a young adult, and was hoping to join to company that has a great corporate culture. There is no corporate culture at Aqua. You basically come to work sit at your desk and run out of there at 4:30. There isn't much interaction between the employees. Employees aren't often recognized or rewarded. Many employees complain about the way things are done from non-flexible work hours, policies and procedures. It is very old school, I was only there for 3 months and hated going in everyday.
