Not worth it - Customer Care Administrator Aqua America Employee Review

The supervisor for the ACO department is awful and does not know how to do his job or manage people. Bad at communicating and combative when trying to ask for help. It’s a starting off point and most people try to leave from working under him as soon as possible. The pay is not worth the management or things you have to deal with. I was not given a bonus or raise and was never told why, there is also a lack of training and explanation for the next opportunity. I switched as soon as possible. Looking for another job so I can afford to live.
