      Love making a difference in someones life. The individuals being taken care of make the job worth it.

      Cons

      Management can be sloppy at times. Not getting paid a lot for the amount of work that is being done.

      Some processes are still evolving within my developing department, growth can sometimes mean adjusting to changes in workflow

      Pros

      Quick timeline from application submission to contact with a human recruiter. Smooth and transparent hiring process from application to onboarding. Next steps were clearly defined along the way with anticipated timelines. Aspire provides a comprehensive onboarding and orientation that feels like I am set up for success in my role.

      I have not had any experience that I would consider a con.
