      Pros

      A lot of nice people who care a lot about mental health.

      Cons

      This was one of the challenging companies I have worked for. Communication often felt like a blame game. Managers need better leadership skills, and lack transparency and efficiency. Watch your back and keep your ideas for yourself. Otherwise, this will be viewd as a rebellion, instead of them listening and making improvements. Also, the company has had multiple layoffs. The amount of toxic positivity in this company is crazy and right in front of your face. It's sad and everyone is seeking other job opportunites.

      Family-friendly, supportive work environment, good work/life balance, opportunities to help shape a growing department, collaborative team culture, meaningful clinical work

      Some processes are still evolving within my developing department, growth can sometimes mean adjusting to changes in workflow

      Pros

      Quick timeline from application submission to contact with a human recruiter. Smooth and transparent hiring process from application to onboarding. Next steps were clearly defined along the way with anticipated timelines. Aspire provides a comprehensive onboarding and orientation that feels like I am set up for success in my role.

      Cons

      I have not had any experience that I would consider a con.
