Pros
Most team members are very nice and you can actually connect with them. They are open to new starters, friendly towards them and make them feel at ease.
Cons
The management, including HR is a nightmare. Lack of any support when you need it the most, lack of communication, lack of any interest in their employees well being. If you have issues with anyone else in the company, be prepared that they would rather let you go than try to resolve the issue. There is no flexibility at all. Even if you need to leave 2 minutes earlier to make your connection train/bus it`s a problem for them. And if you choose to leave anyway, be prepared to be pulled in to the little room where they going to be scolded like a child.
