Pros

Good little company. We have acquired a few other companies and have strengthened our portfolio of products. CEO talks to everyone and makes himself available to everyone. Quarterly meetings to keep each employee abreast of sales metrics, company outlook, profit sharing, etc.

Cons

BVI is part of a holding company, meaning once they build our brand up enough - via acquisitions and new product development - they will be selling us off to the highest bidder. We do not know when this will be happening. Always in the back of my mind...
