Pros
Employees that you work with on a daily basis are very knowledgable. In the past 10 years, I have seen a lot of growth and change, not all good and not all bad.
Cons
Employees in division functional positions are not valued unless you are of a management level. Those of us not in a management role are not valued at all by supervisors or executive leadership at all. Some of us have been loyal to the company for a while and receive our annual COLA that is suppose to make us happy and unless you are of a management level and know how to pressure the upper management that you will leave unless you receive a better increase you just sit here and smile with your little increase and act like all is good because no one is going to listen to you any way. When you have other leadership positions receiving 5-25% increases if not annually then semi-annually every year for the past 3-4 years. Upper management has no clue of how to work together as a well-oil machine and they do not even value each other so therefore how could they value divisional employees. Since the lay off's of severa C-level officers, this company has gone further and further downhill. The turnover rate is the highest in the last 10 years to support this statement. There is no growth for division people (project employees not only receive nice raises every year but also better bonus'), and when you think officer's have your back they truly just let you down and do not listen to you when you try to discuss with them.
