Very toxic managers, and leadership throughout several areas of BCN. RN’s supervising SWers, not understanding the discipline or expertise of SW. They have cut many supports in hospice, in order to accommodate the expansion of new programs, all under BCN. This, specifically, makes it challenging to give good support to those families, and patients who desperately need it, and are grieving. The mission statement no longer aligns with the services or the supports to staff, patients or the over arching community.
