Pros
Pay is OK but not that good
Cons
Such sarcastic slogan of 'Let's feel good' coz I don't feel good at all. Very, very bad management. Constantly understaff 24/7 yet expecting everything to be done and services to be on target. Managers only care about money and budgets and never will hire more people/get you some help even though you are constantly understaff. Never appreciate your work. Taking everything for granted that you will work hard like a slave to meet the targets. They expecting at least 12 MUR a week ('Non-negotiable') while you are already constantly understaff and got behind with no help at all. Believe me or not Guardian got spot on with Boots problem. 100% correct. Ignore Marc Donovan and whoever's open letter they got only big mouth and tried to hide away the truth from the public. Rubbish rota and planning. Weird hours of staff coverage that can have 5 people in the morning and only 1 in the afternoon. Double-cover of pharmacists sounds like a great idea but it turns out to be wasted every single time because they do not give us enough staff so one of us will need to do dispenser's jobs! Staff not respecting you as a pharmacist. Never will give you a hand even if you ask for it but instead telling you off and blaming you for not doing something while you already had 10 things in front of you. Won't appreciate your help if you do help them but instead taking it for granted not even a 'thank you'. etc etc etc.
