Pros

I really love working with my customers. They are the reason why I love my job.

Cons

After 3 1/2 years of corporate saying we were the driving force of the company , they are laying off all Ba's with no explanation or concern for the hard work we did for them. Promised room for advancement and was completely lied to. They used us to get the brand name exposure and once we succeeded they decided to lay us off. And they do not value their employees at all.

Don’t waste your time

Pros

A Duane reade is conveniently inside the building. You get 20% off there as a Boots employee. You also sometimes get the cheap stuff we make for free. Sometimes.

Cons

No organization. No training. No systems. Everyone has their own spreadsheet of history which is never accurate. If you like structure, or being set up for success, then do not waste your time here like I did.

Pros

Good people and there is a lot of potential to really shine here if you are a very knowledgeable expert and have the skills and experience to influence and educate others, including leadership.

Cons

There is a lot of job title inflation, office staff is heavy on manager titles and above but not everyone is qualified. Still functions like a startup, can be very chaotic. New leadership is high pressure and demanding. Has become a cut-throat environment, there is a lot of pressure to be a "know-it-all" self starter. US team is heavily dependent on UK side of the business which ultimately drives the global business.
