No organization. No training. No systems. Everyone has their own spreadsheet of history which is never accurate. Literally no one keeps track of anything and cross-functional teams are constantly fighting and adding meetings to calendars to try and figure out "forecasting." Even if you do forecast correctly and have all the work to back it up, if people don't agree with it, they make you re-do it from scratch. Directors are especially lazy, they get promoted due to favoritism and kissing up to HR. That being said, you can also not trust HR, as they will go behind your back and gossip about you if you do raise an issue.

The list is too long. No structure, no training, poor communication, poor people management, no career growth, high turn over, no trust, priorities often change, no direction, low support does not demonstrate respect, not transparent,does not practice accountability within the management team - too many times mgmt makes mistakes and does not acknowledge it, however will blame and point out when others do.
