Pros
Flexible shifts Holiday pay Minimal supervision Flexibility of tactics As a Beauty Adviser you are the face of Boots in your select Target store. In my market, people were very unfamiliar with the Brand and it was hard to "sell" consumers to trust something versus a project which was already "sold" to them by a commercial. Rave reviews and reliable products really help the cause.
Cons
Minimal samples time goes by VERY slow stand on feet all shift information overload no training for makeup application sometimes you feel like you are a target customer service associate. many customers do not realize that you are NOT a target employee.. a lot of time i caught myself directing customers all around the store, at times i was even asked to walk them to different departments. they also ask for advice on products you are not representing
