Avoid! - Relief Pharmacist Boots Employee Review

Where do I start? As a relief, you’re tossed in the worst stores with no support staff. Some store managers (non pharmacists) insist you do not have a lunch break due to the work load. Plus, I was told AFTER signing my contract that I would have to work 3 in 4 Saturdays lol. Also, pharmacists must book holidays at least a year in advance and the dates you want may not even be available. At that point, the rota coordinator can just place you wherever they like. You’re expected to have no life when working for this company as a pharmacist. Seriously, you’re better off as a locum.
