Pros
I work with a very good team on the shop floor. Part time hours at the weekend. The uniform provided is good, and training is good. I am currently training as a Healthcare Assistant which I find interesting. Staff discount ok.
Cons
Nothing extra for weekend working, and I consider my rate of pay after 15 months pretty poor (£6.64). Will be interested to see what the next pay review brings.
