great co-workers who care about what they do, great regular customers, great training n career path if that's what you are looking for. good flexibility of hours. computers have finally been upgraded and we can now google answers to customer enquiries if we need more information get so many comments about thoroughness of my response since this has happened
Cons
emphasis on targets too much not on spending time caring about customers and doing a thorough job, no time given to training so needs to be done at home on own time
