Pros

+ supportive staff and accommodating management. + good pharmacy training. + great opportunity to build customer service experience in a variety of departments.

Cons

- New manager every 12months which lead to a very unsettled team. - A store move which neither customers or staff agreed with, resulting in loss of custom and [coupled with new manager] loss of staff. - store discount is low compared to other retail establishments - standing for 7.5/9 hours a day - no incentives/targets to improve/progress other than personal satisfaction, which for some may not be enough. - lack of communication between managers and staff with regards to store performance. - few opportunities for promotion.
