Pros
Lovely colleagues. great team environment, decent pay and always a chance of overtime, good training system and discount.
Cons
Not half enough staff as we need putting pressure on current staff. Operations team get behind on work daily as they are having to answer till bells and customers leaving no time for their actual job. No one planned on till for first hour of day! No extra pay on weekends nor bank holidays.
