Pros
The commissions were great - they were on a sliding scale. The manager was nice, and I had a good time working there.
Cons
Since you worked at an independent store on your own you might only see your manager every other week or so. This was fine as long as you didn't have any problems, but if you had an issue there was no one there to help you right away.
