Organization does not seem to value employees - Case Worker Buncombe County, NC Employee Review

-no growth potential, especially as a "contract employee" which is what most are hired on as -no contact between upper management and "peons"- I have worked there for almost 2 years and never met the director -cold and hateful work environment
