Pros

i-Sight of people are some of the best Project teams work hard and with each other to meet objectives

Cons

Salaries are very low and not at all competitive. Hours that a member of a project eam work are long and unpaid Weekend work is required & you don't get paid but get a day off instead Salary negotiation and raises are small (very) especially when you see one of the partners travelling everywhere and spending money on sport car rentals & big meals out. Everyone talks about it but no one brings the issue up Feels like the company is there just for a ego stroke versus a drive to have a successful product and company.

You are absolutely right that i-Sight has the best team of people in the whole darn city! We care about each other and our customers and work hard to keep improving. Our salaries are competitive and we participate in city and nationwide salary surveys every year to ensure that we are competitive. We provide raises every year. We target our budget to ensure the highest performing people get this biggest piece of the pie. You are right – we have a partner who spends over 25 weeks a year out on the road because he loves visiting our customers and supporting our team. He’s been known to get the odd upgrade to a Ford Mustang and take the team out for a well deserved meal while they are working away from home. We think that’s fun and knowing how hard it is to be away from home and working on the road, we like to live a little!

Pros

-Remote flexibility helps with work-life balance. -Opportunities to gain experience quickly because of constant re-orgs and turnover.

Cons

•Leadership often lacks experience and relies heavily on micromanagement rather than trust. Instead of inspiration, fear tactics and scolding are often enacted. •Nepotism is noticeable, with promotions appearing to go to family or friends rather than based on performance. •The culture feels toxic. Many employees operate under a constant fear of termination, which has eroded morale. •The product is difficult to stand behind, creating frustrating conversations with customers. •Turnover is so high that it feels like the company is always in “training mode,” which adds stress to the workload. •From the inside, sales momentum appears to be slowing, and it often feels like the company is in decline rather than growth. •Everything feels reactionary and desperate. Leadership decisions often come across as short-term fixes rather than long-term strategy. Burnout and workload due to aged tech and heavy processes is obvious.
