Pros

Good culture on the ground level. Friendly people to work with. Half day Fridays in the summer.

Cons

The company used to be a really great company to work for and one where it seemed that leadership cared. It now is a MUCH worse shell of its former self. Starting with leadership. You have a CRO who unfortunately has no external experience other than sitting in the role long enough. This inexperience shines through when changes are made based on what side of the bed he woke up on that day. A lack of trust, transparency and respect makes for an awful combination. The product is boring and most of the people you speak to don't even care about it either. In terms of innovation, there's not much behind the Dev and Product team as there seems to be zero idea as to where the product should go. Selling is made to be an impossible obstacle unless you're an Enterprise rep. So many hoops and challenges to get through internally just to make a sale is ridiculous. Finally, the Enterprise reps. I have never had the displeasure of working with such a toxic group of people. There are really just 3 main ones who do nothing but complain. Leadership of course bends over backwards for them. They're not good reps, they've just been in the industry long enough to understand the use case very well - other than that, its funny to see leadership use them as examples when they can't even lead a discovery call. The pay and benefits are abysmal. The pay was genuinely laughable.

Pros

-Remote flexibility helps with work-life balance. -Opportunities to gain experience quickly because of constant re-orgs and turnover.

Cons

•Leadership often lacks experience and relies heavily on micromanagement rather than trust. Instead of inspiration, fear tactics and scolding are often enacted. •Nepotism is noticeable, with promotions appearing to go to family or friends rather than based on performance. •The culture feels toxic. Many employees operate under a constant fear of termination, which has eroded morale. •The product is difficult to stand behind, creating frustrating conversations with customers. •Turnover is so high that it feels like the company is always in “training mode,” which adds stress to the workload. •From the inside, sales momentum appears to be slowing, and it often feels like the company is in decline rather than growth. •Everything feels reactionary and desperate. Leadership decisions often come across as short-term fixes rather than long-term strategy. Burnout and workload due to aged tech and heavy processes is obvious.
