Pros

Only pros they try to work with you on appointments you may need to attend.

Cons

Everything! This job stresses you. They don’t care about your mental health. You can’t ever use the restroom without getting an “are you ok” by the time you y if work you are mentally burned out and stressed. Ashok the owner tells you one thing and management does another. So glad i found a way out of there and hope my fellow coworkers while i was there find a way out as well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about our work environment. We strive to provide a positive workplace and take your input seriously – as is reflected in our commitment to our engagement survey process and our high engagement scores. Since your comment we have held employee focus groups to obtain more detailed feedback as well. In 2024 we are hiring 4 Member Care classes and have already had 14 reps successfully complete training. This will help significantly reduce call volume and stress on our team. This will also improve our client and member experience. Additionally, we have invested in enhancing training, process documentation, systems and leadership development so that our team members have the tools and resources needed to succeed!

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear Centivo offers the type of culture and work life balance you value. We are continuously working to improve our communication and have recently held Employee Engagement Focus Groups to do just that. This year we will be launching an all company Intranet which should increase visibility of the key initiatives for all departments and our progress towards them.

Pros

Competitive benefits. Fully remote work environment with good work-life flexibility. Opportunity to gain leadership experience in health insurance operations. Collaborative coworkers who were willing to help one another. Fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short amount of time.

Cons

As a growing company, many processes were still evolving, which sometimes created confusion and inconsistency. Communication between departments could be improved, especially when new employer groups or process changes were introduced. Some teams lacked the tools or resources needed to work as efficiently as possible. Organizational changes and business priorities shifted frequently, creating uncertainty for employees. Advancement opportunities were somewhat limited depending on department and business needs. Overall, I enjoyed the experience I gained and the relationships I built. However, there were growing pains that affected day-to-day operations and long-term stability. If you're someone who enjoys working in a startup-like environment and can adapt to constant change, it can be a good place to build your skills. If you prefer well-established processes and long-term organizational stability, it may be more challenging.
