Toxic culture. Compensation is not competitive. The Head of People is horribly fake. Don’t waste your time

Worst Job I've Ever Had

Pros

The mission is great. One of the few TPAs in the country that are member-focused.

Cons

Manager was horrendous. Terrible communication, inept training, favoritism. Toxic is certainly the word of the year.
