Centivo does value all feedback, whether positive or constructive, as it causes us to reflect on how to get better and things we do need to fix.
As I have shared with others who have posted critical reviews, our semiannual engagement survey, which we recently just completed, serves as a crucial platform for our employees to share their insights anonymously. In addition, this past summer, we conducted 12 focus groups where team members could share feedback directly with Ashok our CEO. We encourage team members to participate in such surveys and focus groups to help us identify areas that require attention and improvement.
I have not to date heard anything of a similar nature in response to our engagement survey, in our focus groups or expressed directly to any member of management.
I do wish your experience with Centivo better matched your expectations. If you wish to have a direct conversation with me, a member of our leadership team, or a member of our People Team to provide further feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out directly.
Since others do read these, I do want to correct some factual statements:
1. There are many in the organization that tried to work with you to accommodate your requests. When we consider those efforts alongside our high engagement results, we don’t feel that is consistent with having a toxic culture.
2. And personally, as the person that writes these comments myself, I've reviewed my past comments and stand behind them as accurate.
