Pros

Only pros they try to work with you on appointments you may need to attend.

Cons

Everything! This job stresses you. They don’t care about your mental health. You can’t ever use the restroom without getting an “are you ok” by the time you y if work you are mentally burned out and stressed. Ashok the owner tells you one thing and management does another. So glad i found a way out of there and hope my fellow coworkers while i was there find a way out as well.

We strive to provide a positive workplace and take your input seriously – as is reflected in our commitment to our engagement survey process and our high engagement scores. Since your comment we have held employee focus groups to obtain more detailed feedback as well. In 2024 we are hiring 4 Member Care classes and have already had 14 reps successfully complete training. This will help significantly reduce call volume and stress on our team. This will also improve our client and member experience. Additionally, we have invested in enhancing training, process documentation, systems and leadership development so that our team members have the tools and resources needed to succeed!

Pros

It's a really exciting start up environment where you can create a lot of impact. You will work with some really awesome and smart people, and learn a lot. Great & supportive leadership, with flexible work schedule.

Cons

The peer-to-peer blame culture with ton of passive aggressiveness is evident throughout the entire organization. lot of me vs you mentality when it comes to tackling problems that Centivo faces as a whole (rather than us vs. the problem) Its unfortunate because there are a lot of potential.

We have just completed our twice a year engagement survey and will look to review the results and analyze focus group feedback to see if there are areas of concern similar to those you mentioned since they would not be a demonstration of our company's core values. Pros

Newer company with tons of excellent ideas.

Cons

Huge expectations with little to no guidance. No real leadership because even your department Director is handling too much. Even the most seasoned people seem to struggle with true role responsibility. HR is self involved and doesn’t truly care whether employees remain or have concerns, you will be treated dismissively.

Ideally your experience with us would have better matched what you expected. We appreciate your positive comments about Centivo's "excellent ideas" - thanks! We also acknowledge that as a startup there is more we can do to clarify and better define roles and responsibilities - although it does tend to vary some by department and function. What is of great concern to me personally as head of our People team is that we need to hear specifics about your feedback on that - it is how we grow and improve. Any member of our leadership team would be available to have a conversation with you directly to hear more on this point.
