Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear Centivo offers the type of culture and work life balance you value. We are continuously working to improve our communication and have recently held Employee Engagement Focus Groups to do just that. This year we will be launching an all company Intranet which should increase visibility of the key initiatives for all departments and our progress towards them.

Pros

Incredible team. Team leaders will not babysit you here; you must meet your deadlines and goals.

Cons

The core business, people, and leadership have no cons. Centivo is a young company that's growing fast, and with that growth comes growing pains.

Pros

Competitive benefits. Fully remote work environment with good work-life flexibility. Opportunity to gain leadership experience in health insurance operations. Collaborative coworkers who were willing to help one another. Fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short amount of time.

Cons

As a growing company, many processes were still evolving, which sometimes created confusion and inconsistency. Communication between departments could be improved, especially when new employer groups or process changes were introduced. Some teams lacked the tools or resources needed to work as efficiently as possible. Organizational changes and business priorities shifted frequently, creating uncertainty for employees. Advancement opportunities were somewhat limited depending on department and business needs. Overall, I enjoyed the experience I gained and the relationships I built. However, there were growing pains that affected day-to-day operations and long-term stability. If you're someone who enjoys working in a startup-like environment and can adapt to constant change, it can be a good place to build your skills. If you prefer well-established processes and long-term organizational stability, it may be more challenging.
