Pros

-Company is a very well established player in the customer solutions industry (as well as within the remote employer space, having been in the domain well before the pandemic-driven shift that ultimately saw remote work become somewhat commonplace). -Work Flexibity, Offering benefits such as PTO, UTO, and (if/when needed) LOA options. -401(k) matching, up to 4% company match that is facilitated through Fidelity. Additionally, the company extends both the Classic & Roth account & contribution options to it's employees.

Cons

-Infrequency of Competitive Compensation Packages, with only a very narrow potential for being placed on a well paid client project. -Career Advancement Ceiling Potential, beyond Mid-Level Management can prove cumbersome, as available positions are often extended to those who meet expectations, but infrequently to those who frequently exceed them (I suspect this is deployed as a job protection measure, promoting those who will almost certainly do fine, but are unlikely to outperform those within their immediate hierarchical org).

Pros

Remote friendly environment. Good work life balance. Encourages professional growth, although they don't offer any good quality practical resources for upgrading skills. They used to have corporate Udemy, but they have discontinued it. You can complete professional courses but with your own money.

Cons

CNX is a professional service company which provides IT, data modernization, AI ML solution along with broader UX solutions. There has been significant drop is corporate accounts lately causing many employees go on the bench and eventually being terminated. In many cases, employees are not treated respectfully. You don't have any specific assignment during the time on bench but at the same time you are blamed for not having any deliverable. Employees often accept humiliation as they are afraid of raising voice against managers.
