Pros
They're always hiring new employees.
Cons
It doesn't matter how hard you work or how long you've been an employee, they'll fire you for no reason other than they don't like you. Unless you're a favorite you get treated like their slave. You can give 110% and be the hardest worker and even be told how great you are, but if someone doesn't like you you're out the first time you do something wrong. My friend was fired for breaking a dish. They were out to get them from the beginning, just waiting for them to mess up. No matter how hard they worked or were even told how great they were, once a dish was broke they were out. Everyone is back stabbing and sneaky, partly because the management makes them that way. If you don't kiss everyone's behind they don't like you and you're bound to be plotted against until they finally get rid of you. Managers are constantly changing. They NEVER listen to their employees unless you're their favorite. New hires are given more hours than employees that are par 4 and have been working for them for over 15 years. Go anywhere else! It's their way or the highway and just because they tell you that you're a good worker doesn't mean you're safe. To your face everyone is your best friend, but behind your back you're their target for destruction. Sometimes you get a great GM that runs the place well and treats the employees like they're actual people with feelings, but that is far and few between. Once that GM goes to another store everything falls to pieces.
