Colleagues are fun and supportive

Cons

Management farms out the consequences of their incompetence on anyone lower than them on the totem pole. I’ve been here for years and I’m watching a lot of skilled and passionate professionals lose their drive, their confidence in themselves, and slowly burn out and lose hope. I know multiple counselors who have quit here who have told me in clear terms that working here was traumatic.

The pros for me are Staff, hours, education opportunities

Cons

1-Pay 2- some employees at same level not held to same standards and don’t have same workload for same pay 3-major increase in workload for same pay. 4- Don’t promote from within. People put blood sweat and tears into their job and they will hire outside before considering employees who have been dedicated and are capable 5- disorganized leadership
