Colleagues are fun and supportive

Management farms out the consequences of their incompetence on anyone lower than them on the totem pole. I’ve been here for years and I’m watching a lot of skilled and passionate professionals lose their drive, their confidence in themselves, and slowly burn out and lose hope. I know multiple counselors who have quit here who have told me in clear terms that working here was traumatic.
