Pros

Can't think of anything to say

Cons

feel like working in the 70's. old systems, old school 'bosses', limited documentation, no accountability/no autonomy... feels sometimes like 'the emperor's new clothes'. employees see what the source of the problems are but 'don't talk about it' for fear of being fired. very autocratic management style. low pay, decent benefits depending on where in the world you work.

Pros

Worked with some great people over the years.

Cons

Most of those great people left after just a few years. Inflexibility in remote working; they almost begrudingly implemented a hybrid policy because we were losing great people to companies that were more flexible in this regard (not to mention paid more.) Kept being told that "we do our best work in person" even though one of the offices had a grand total of 3 employees. Corporate leadership puts profits before people; there is no "work-life balance." It's all work, all the time. Company doesn't appreciate its employees; employees put their hearts and souls into their work, and burn themselves out, without getting anything in return. Company has a habit of over-promising and under-delivering, whether to its customers or its employees. Company always wanted to cut corners and do everything in the cheapest way possible, even if it meant compromising on quality.
