Pros
Worked with some great people over the years.
Cons
Most of those great people left after just a few years.
Inflexibility in remote working; they almost begrudingly implemented a hybrid policy because we were losing great people to companies that were more flexible in this regard (not to mention paid more.) Kept being told that "we do our best work in person" even though one of the offices had a grand total of 3 employees.
Corporate leadership puts profits before people; there is no "work-life balance." It's all work, all the time.
Company doesn't appreciate its employees; employees put their hearts and souls into their work, and burn themselves out, without getting anything in return.
Company has a habit of over-promising and under-delivering, whether to its customers or its employees.
Company always wanted to cut corners and do everything in the cheapest way possible, even if it meant compromising on quality.
