Pros

- Work with great people - Deal with the best technology available in the industry - Move up in your career path quickly given that you're performing well at your current role - Know that the majority of DISCO employees will drop what they're doing at a moment's notice to help you with whatever you need - Have a great time going to work at a start up that's growing extremely quickly

Cons

- Some growing pains in policy that I believe are actively being worked on and improved - Work life balance can be a struggle in certain positions but I see things shifting in the right direction with proper adjustments and staffing occurring in real time

Pros

The Forensic Team Director is awesome to work for. He’s always happy to help and always happy to teach. He’s supportive and makes sure we have a great work life balance when possible. Most work is remote and does allow you to stay home and work at your own pace. Travel is pretty much never done.

Cons

Pay is a bit low and departments don’t communicate very well between cases.
