Pros
SDR: -Managers that care -Snacks -Coworkers ELRP -From what I’ve heard people got $80k + $10 sign on bonus -They all seemed to really get along RSE -Their base is around $120k but don’t quote me on that.
Cons
FYI The company's currently involved in 1-2 class action lawsuits And the CEO stepped down following alleged groping and other accounts of misconduct that had already been reported to HR. SDR -If you get a bad territory you're screwed because promotions are based on performance. I remember going through my "best" leads and seeing that our best interaction was a meeting 3 years ago. Meanwhile some of my colleagues had accounts with +20 cases just last year. -0 inbound leads. You eat what you k*ll -Upper level management -No job security -Not enough diversity (this isn't something I prioritize but I know some people care for it) -HR will hear what you have to say and not do anything about it. ELRP -People were promised employment for 3 years yet everytime we had layoffs ELRP associates were impacted. -They ask you to rank your rotation preferences and even if you pick something as your last option it might still end up as your first rotation. Most ELRPs didn’t want to be in sales and they were put in it. Regional Sales Executive: The place is a revolving door of RSEs.
