Pros

Cool office and they hire everybody, so your junior coworkers will be great and mostly the only normal people you will meet here

Cons

Awful and obnoxious management; senior leadership is rife with pseudointellectuals and frat boys who have never grown up; there is no real commitment to diversity (they’ll hire you, maybe, but prepare yourself for microaggressions) You can start your career here to understand the rotten, superiority complexes of those who have “senior roles.” It’ll definitely teach you something about corporate culture!

Pros

The Forensic Team Director is awesome to work for. He’s always happy to help and always happy to teach. He’s supportive and makes sure we have a great work life balance when possible. Most work is remote and does allow you to stay home and work at your own pace. Travel is pretty much never done.

Cons

Pay is a bit low and departments don’t communicate very well between cases.

Always in a rush to deliver feature work, so tech debt accrues and developer experience is much worse than it could be.
