Cons

Occasional overtime to push releases or hotfix issues. This was more of a problem on some projects than others, but was almost never an issue with my project. Management of some projects could be disorganized

Dire Wolf employs some very talented designers and engineers. There is a lot to learn from this team.

Cons

The work is fairly consistent in theming. If you like board games, this is a fantastic place to work. If not, it might be something you get tired of.

Communication up the chain isn't always the best. Personal salary growth is really difficult here.
