Pros

- Great co-workers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. - Some great IPs to work on. The IPs are fairly diverse which speaks to the versatility of the studio. - Located downtown. The location lends itself to many options within walking distance for lunch or other social outings. - Staff loves to play games. It isn't too hard to find someone that will want to play a game during their lunch break or a get together after work hours. - Employee run classes. Employees are given the opportunity to share their knowledge with the rest of the office. - Office visibility. If an employee has a concern or simply a suggestion about how to make the office better is some way, that employee can post it for all to see. Many of these suggestions become topics during team meetings.

Cons

- Parking downtown can become costly. There is a reimbursement every month which takes a bit of the sting away however. - Office is currently split between two floors which can be time consuming if you need to collaborate with many different people throughout the day. - Company growing pains. The studio has grown significantly in the past 2 years and is still learning how to best manage the increased numbers.

Pros

Dire Wolf employs some very talented designers and engineers. There is a lot to learn from this team.

Cons

The work is fairly consistent in theming. If you like board games, this is a fantastic place to work. If not, it might be something you get tired of.

Pros

Good company and good people working here. Flexibility with remote work is nice. New projects to work on often which helps with project fatigue.

Cons

Communication up the chain isn't always the best. Personal salary growth is really difficult here.
