Unfortunately, that talent and passion is stifled by poor planning, poor management, and a constant drive to achieve the minimum viable product. From overly reactive planning to drawn out postmortems and finger pointing when last minute changes put products at risk, there is very little room left for the amazing people to showcase their talents here. Combine that with low pay and a political requirement for 9 hour days as a norm (company hours are 9 - 6 with no flex whatsoever, though you can take a 1 hour lunch if you choose), and you end up with a majority of the company being mostly burnt out and just getting by.
