Pros

Investment in employees- I've been given abundant opportunities for growth & learning. Internal promotion is common and encouraged, especially for young employees. Transparent leadership- We have frequent chances to provide feedback for our leadership, anonymously or otherwise, which promotes clear communication across the team. Work-Life Balance is highly encouraged.

Cons

The sales org in particular has been going-through rapid growth over the last couple years, and with that we're experiencing some normal 'growing pains' associated with such expansion. Decisions and information in regards to promotion opportunities and team structure can sometimes come at the '11th hour'.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about working as an MDR in Seattle and at the company in general. It is great to hear that you are learning and growing. That is huge. It's also really wonderful to hear that you recognize and appreciate our leadership's transparent approach. We are experiencing growing pains in different deparments. Thank you for your feedback regarding 11th hour promotions. Can I ask that you reach out to Brent McClain and Molly Lambright? They were working on structure around internal opportunities and will have more information for you. Thanks again for writing such a thoughtful review.

Pros

Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

Cons

Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
