Pros

The culinary division makes some great food at practically unbeatable prices

Cons

Most people you meet with any tenure are some kind of miserable and you will feel it in your soul if you stay long enough. The work hours are long and frankly, it doesn't feel like the company appreciates the fact that you do that for them. The standard is a minimum of 45 hours a week logged, this does not include any sort of break. Even though they track your time by the quarter of an hour, they will also not pay you overtime. Basically, if you do not do something irreplaceable for them and make sure they know it, they will treat you like you're expendable. Also the relocation bonus is a form of financial coercion that will force you to work like a dog and when you finally leave, the non compete you signed when you came in is VERY aggressive. If I were to go back in time, I would not work here unless I was down to my bottom dollar and it was a choice between this and the military.
