Pros

The health insurance is great. Will hire without a lot of experience since they train you for months. Very cool campus. Lots of very smart coworkers.

Cons

Many of the perks that appeal to the people right out of college (like the cafeteria food, convenience stores, post office) are there to keep you always on campus. There is no concept of work life balance. They specifically hire young talent because they want work to be your life. They tell you that you're special and smart since you made it through the rigorous hiring process, and then focus on why the Epic way is always the best way. Having had other corporate jobs before, specific things I disliked: -If I was getting all my work done before deadlines, it was brought up that I was "only" working 40 hours a week and should be volunteering for more projects. -Turnover is pretty incredible. They want specific people to be the source of knowledge but this meant that many times there would be Subject Matter Experts who knew no more about the subject other than the notes available to everyone. -You are taught (there is literally a class) to "badger" other coworkers. If you have work dependent on them and they're not responding, you are encouraged to frequently go to their office, track them through their calendar, and otherwise stalk them. It's still on you if they never get you what you need.
