Cons
Upper management is completely tone-deaf. Time and time again, the company has proven that it doesn't care about its employees (other than the amount of work they can push out). It's clear to me that my opinions are not valid here, and any feedback I give will never be passed along. In staff meetings in front of every employee at the company, Judy (CEO) flat out uses language to the effect of "If you think X, you are wrong." It's a fact that this company targets new college grads because they are easier to mold into the "Epic culture" and they don't know any better. If you don't mesh with the "culture", you're flat out told to leave the company. Epic is never the problem. It's you. Diversity (both racial/ethnic diversity and cognitive diversity) does not exist here.
